1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags and accessories are included

Items that show signs of use may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked “non-returnable”

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product:

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued

4. Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@thezaura.com with your order number

  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address

  3. Pack your item securely and send it back

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defect, damaged product), we cover all shipping costs

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging
    We will replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank or card statement

  • Contact your payment provider (processing times vary)
    If you still need help, email us and we’ll assist you.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
